30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a full refund — even if you've opened the product and used it.
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@counterweightco.com with your order number and the reason for the refund. We typically respond within one business day. There's no return shipping required — you can keep or recycle the product on your end.
Refund Timeline
Once your refund is approved, we'll process it within 2 business days. The credit usually appears on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
What's Refunded
- Product cost: Fully refunded.
- Original shipping (if applicable): Refunded for full-order refunds. Not refunded for partial refunds.
- Return shipping: Not required — you keep the product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and we'll send a replacement at no charge — no return needed.
Subscriptions
Active subscriptions can be paused, modified, or cancelled at any time from your account portal or by emailing hello@counterweightco.com. Refunds on subscription orders are subject to the same 30-day money-back guarantee above, calculated from the delivery date of each individual shipment.
Promotional and Bundle Orders
Bundles, multi-month purchases, and promotional orders are all eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee. Refunds are calculated based on the total amount paid, not the regular item price.
